Pregnancy is a time of change in which many emotions, needs and questions can arise. How does it feel to be pregnant, what triggers it and how would you like to be supported?

I am happy to support you to prepare for the birth in connection with yourself and your baby.

What wishes and questions arise?

As a doula, I visit you and support you in the way you need it - be it emotionally, physically, sensually or artistically.

We will find answers to your questions together. I also offer to write down your wishes for the birth with me. This writing will help your birth team to be aware of your needs at all times, especially in moments when verbal communication on your part is limited.
