The postpartum period is an important time for regeneration and reorientation. You and your baby have gone through a huge journey. Now it is important that you are well supported while arriving together.

It is the time when you get to know your baby, when your body recovers and a new chapter in your life is about to begin. In addition to your midwife, who will take care of the medical aftercare, I will visit you as a doula and provide additional support as you need it.
